Packaging was supplied with styrofoam to protect the frame. Headset stem came with scratches unfortunately. Top of seat tube has extra material, but could fit the seat post.

The ordering process was very professional. Amy was very helpful, friendly and patient. The frame is exactly what I expected. Very well made, smooth welds, brushed finish looks great. The set includes a full carbon fork, FSA headset, seatpost clamp, derailleur hanger and thru axles. I regret that I did not order a seatpost and stem as well. Overall I am very happy with the order. I recommend Waltly to anyone who would like to build their dream bike.
